Dolare Care takes the time to understand each person’s interests, preferences, culture and routine, creating companionship that feels comfortable and meaningful.
Services are delivered through Dolare Care’s approved Support at Home provider arrangement, inpartnership with PlanCare ONEteam, and are based on your assessed needs, care plan and funding available through the Support at Home Program.

- Friendly conversation and companionship
- Social outings, community activities and visits with family and friends
- Hobbies, games, music and creative activities
- Walks and visits to cafés, libraries or gardens
