Dolare Care is a verified PlanCare ONEteam provider, working in partnership with PlanCare to deliver personalised Support at Home services.
PlanCare is the registered Support at Home provider responsible for care management, funding administration and program oversight.
Dolare Care delivers the agreed day-to-day services through our local, carefully selected support workers. Together, we provide coordinated and reliable support while helping older people maintain choice and control over how their care is delivered.Companionship and Social Support
