About Dolare Care
Genuine Care. Meaningful Outcomes.
Dolare Care was founded by Nat Ward in 2024, drawing on more than a decade of experience supporting people with disability from diverse cultural backgrounds. Nat established Dolare Care to provide personalised, respectful and dependable support centred on each person’s goals, preferences and needs.
Today, Dolare Care is a registered NDIS provider delivering personalised disability supports. We also provide aged-care supports through the Support at Home program in partnership with PlanCare/ONEteam. By listening, building trust and developing genuine relationships, we help people maintain independence, build confidence, participate more fully in everyday life and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Nat Ward - Founder and Director
Nat founded Dolare Care with a genuine commitment to helping people live with greater independence, confidence and connection in their communities.
With hands-on experience in disability and aged care, Nat understands that quality support is built on trust, consistency and truly listening to each person. She remains personally involved in Dolare Care, working closely with participants, families, support coordinators and care professionals to ensure support is reliable, respectful and tailored to individual needs.
