Support at Home Service
Practical Support for Everyday Living
Respectful assistance with personal routines and household tasks to help older people remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.
We work with you to provide the right level of assistance while supporting your choices, routines and independence.
Services are delivered through Dolare Care’s approved Support at Home provider arrangement, in partnership with PlanCare ONEteam, and are based on your assessed needs, care plan and funding available through the Support at Home Program.
How We Can Support You
Support may include:
- Showering, dressing and personal hygiene
- Mobility and daily routines
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- Laundry and changing bed linen
- Washing dishes, tidying and taking out rubbish
Personal assistance is provided by appropriately trained workers in accordance with your care plan.
